Digital Wellness w/ Anya Slavina

This four‑part workshop series is designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable using the digital tools you already have — your computer and your smartphone. Together with Anya, you’ll work on decluttering your digital life, organizing the files you want to keep, keeping your devices running smoothly, protecting your privacy, and staying safe online. Everything is taught at a comfortable pace, with plenty of time for questions and hands‑on practice.

Monday June 15th: Digital Decluttering

The first workshop focuses on simple habits for organizing your digital life. You’ll learn how to make it easier to find what you need, reduce digital clutter, and use your devices without stress or overwhelm.

Monday June 22nd: Computer Care

The second workshop helps you understand the basics of how your device works so you can keep it running well. We’ll cover everyday maintenance, common issues, and what to do when something doesn’t behave the way you expect.

Monday June 29th: Protecting Privacy

The third workshop explores where your information goes when you use apps, websites, and online services. You’ll learn practical ways to protect your privacy and make informed choices about what you share.

Monday July 6th: Staying Safe

The final workshop session focuses on staying safe online by recognizing scams, protecting your accounts, avoiding harmful downloads, and developing habits that help you stay secure and confident in digital spaces.

This course is offered by donation, with contributions going directly to the instructor. Community Make Space is happy to provide the space in support of accessible community learning.
