Trish Marshall is a graduate of The MFA Program for Writers and a lover of hybrid and experimental forms. Her interest in letterpress and book arts grew out of her personal writing practice and eventually became an extension of it. Poetry broadsides and artist books are her great loves. She thinks of them as process objects--ways of thinking into the work of others and her own. Originally from Rhode Island, the mountains of Western North Carolina have been her home since 1994. She lives in Marshall, NC with her husband, Tim, and an Old Time Scotch Collie, Greta. Community Make Space is the place she was looking for but couldn’t find.
